Purposes of processing.
Your data will be processed for the following purposes connected with the implementation of fulfilments relating to:

• legal obligations to which the data controller is subject;
• purposes necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court or whenever the judicial authorities exercise their jurisdictional functions;
• purposes of advanced navigation or customised content management;
• purposes relating to the performance of a contract to which you are party or to the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (e.g. request for contact via the Contact Us form, etc.);
• purposes of statistical research/analysis on aggregate or anonymous data, without therefore the possibility of identifying the user, aimed at measuring the operation of the site, measuring traffic and assessing usability and interest;the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the data controller taking into account the 'reasonable expectations of the data subject' based on his/her relationship with the data controller through the balancing of mutual interests in order to ensure the activities, among others, of marketing to active customers.

The processing of functional data for the fulfilment of these obligations is necessary for the proper management of the relationship and their provision is mandatory to implement the above-mentioned purposes. The Data Controller also informs you that failure to provide, or incorrect communication of, any of the mandatory information may make it impossible for the Data Controller to guarantee the appropriateness of the processing itself.
Method of processing.
Your personal data may be processed in the following ways

• by means of electronic computers with the use of software systems managed by third parties;
• by means of electronic computers with the use of software systems managed or programmed directly;
• temporary processing in Anonymous Form.

All processing is carried out in compliance with the methods set out in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of appropriate security measures.
Disclosure of personal data:
The collection of personal data acquired in anonymous form through the use of cookies for the operation of the website are documented in the extended information notice available directly at the link at the bottom of the website pages (footer).
Your personal data, which may be entered voluntarily in the services available on the present website, will be processed and managed for the purposes and performance of the services required for the proper management of the requested relationship, with guaranteed protection of your rights.

  The personal data voluntarily entered on the contact form are the minimum required for the accurate handling of the request itself and fall into the category of mandatory data. The user will specify directly in the contact request reasons (notes field) the details of the requested information.

• Instant Chat
  A courtesy service may be available on the company's web services to allow the user surfer to communicate directly with the company's operators. This service, which is entirely voluntary, does not require the entry of any personal data in order to establish communication between the parties.   The newsletter is sent by e-mail to those who explicitly request it, by filling in the appropriate form on the Site and authorising the processing of their personal data for the aforementioned purpose.

  Purpose: The personal data provided by users will be used solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties.

• User registration for online purchase

  The economic transaction for the payment of what has been ordered will be carried out by transferring the transaction to the secure website of the 'payment service provider'.   The same data may be communicated to parties entitled to access them by virtue of provisions of law, regulations and legislation. the Data Controller keeps and processes personal data for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated, storing the data for a period not exceeding 12 months from their receipt.
